1. Scope of Services
We will provide bookkeeping services as agreed in the signed engagement letter or service agreement. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Recording financial transactions.
- Reconciling bank and credit card accounts.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing basic financial reports.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely financial records and supporting documentation.
- Respond promptly to Our requests for information.
- Maintain original source documents for audit or compliance purposes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax, employment, and financial laws.
3. Fees and Payment
- Fees will be as outlined in Our engagement letter or invoice.
- Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices.
4. Data Security
While We take reasonable steps to safeguard data, You acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by factors beyond Our control.
