At YourAgency, we are committed to providing high-quality Bookkeeping and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing our services.
1. No Returns on Services
Due to the digital nature of our services Bookkeeping, we do not offer returns once work has commenced or been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only under the following conditions:
- Service was not delivered as described
- No work was initiated within 7 business days of payment
- Double payment made by mistake
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email us at himanshu@actoutsource.com with your order ID, service details, and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Services already rendered
- Custom content, keyword research, or strategies shared with the client
- Third-party platform costs (e.g., paid tools used on behalf of the client)
